Together, David and Charles have nearly 80 years’ experience in the Agricultural industry both running their respective family farms successfully. The decision to join forces back in the 2008 was forward thinking and before its time but has proven to be an extremely efficient was of progressing their separate farming interests.
Our Team
Matt, David’s son, has been with the business since the beginning. He studied Agriculture at Writtle College and went on to work at Gilston Farm, Stansted where he was awarded Farmers’ Weekly Farm Manager of the year in 2009 before returning to his families’ farm in 2010. Matt now has the responsibility for the day to day running of the business.

Liz Bailey has been with the company from its inception and is the office manager and company administrator.
NB: Temporary Staff during the busy harvest period, are also long standing and we are always grateful to them for coming back year after year.
Emma Baker, David’s daughter, joined the business in 2014. Previously a Land Agent, Emma now works in the farm office, managing the accounts and budgets.
